And now for the
important news ....

Governor Gray Davis said Friday the California budget crisis
isn't nearly as severe as Republicans say. School districts are in
a panic. If emergency funding isn't found soon, Beverly Hills may
be forced to eliminate the school brunch program.
Wesley Clark participated in his first Democratic debate
Thursday. According to the latest poll, 70 percent of Americans
can't name one single Democratic candidate running for president.
The other 30 percent are Democratic candidates running for
president.
GOP House leader Tom DeLay ripped Ted Kennedy for saying the
war in Iraq was a fraud cooked up in Texas. The Massachusetts
senator is not going anywhere. Waiting for Ted Kennedy to retire
is like leaving the porch light on for Jimmy Hoffa.
Billy Crystal agreed Friday to host the Academy Awards
ceremony in Hollywood in March. It's a waste of his talent. As a
comedian who can sing, dance and do hilarious impressions, he has
everything it takes to run for Governor of California.
California governor candidates had a stormy and tempestuous
debate Wednesday night. One candidate was especially aggravating.
After the debate, seven out of ten Californians surveyed said they
now believe Michael Huffington was not born gay.
Democrats sang from the same hymnbook during Thursday's
debate. They proposed health care mandates, higher taxes and more
regulations. One day when historians wonder how Gilligan got
reelected, the transcript of this debate will be the answer.
The New York Yankees clinched home field advantage in the
playoffs should any series go to six or seven games. It's a huge
advantage. The Saudi royal family can't afford a sixth or seventh
night in a Manhattan hotel much less a baseball team.
Hillary Clinton ripped her Chinese publisher for censoring
negative remarks about China in her book. How odd. Hillary Clinton
is a role model to all wives in China because she only had one
child and she walks two terms behind her husband.
