And now for the
important news ....

San Francisco Democrats staged massive antiwar
demonstrations Tuesday led by hundreds of naked women marching
down Market Street. They spelled out the word peace with their
nude bodies. It's the right idea, but they had the wrong
president.
Teddy Kennedy introduced a bill requiring the president to
get congressional approval to attack Iraq. This war could get very
nasty. Within the hour, three aircraft carrier groups steaming
toward the Suez Canal were diverted to Hyannisport.
President Bush proposed federal funding to develop hydrogen-
powered cars. It should come out of the Pentagon's budget. If a
spark in the battery accidentally produces fission, every carpool
in America could become a weapon of mass destruction.
Prime Minister Tony Blair meets with President Bush this
weekend to steer U.S. and British war strategy. The split between
the two nations in 1776 couldn't be avoided. Americans would never
agree to the proposition that soccer is a real sport.
Hillary Clinton admitted Tuesday she telephoned Martha
Stewart last year to offer her support and encouragement when the
feds swooped in. No money changed hands. Martha Stewart is way too
sharp to fall for an offer of a back-dated pardon.
Saddam Hussein vowed Tuesday that Iraq will destroy any U.S.
force that dares to invade Iraq. He should watch his mouth. In
addition to the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines, America has one
hundred thousand Raider fans no nation wants to face.
An Akron postal worker was forced by a crazed co-worker
Tuesday to remove all her clothes and parade naked. An early
warning sign was ignored. It was the last post office in America
to take President Clinton's picture off the lobby wall.
