EXTRA!

JWR values EACH AND EVERY READER. With the understanding that we have quite a few non-Jewish ones, we are updating this "extra", truncated issue.

In a few moments, before sundown, we'll be suspending publication in observance of the first set of Passover holy days.

For the next 48-hours, observant Jews will, at night, be having Seders in which we'll be up to wee-hours reliving, re-telling, re-enacting and discussing the Exodus. Under normal circumstances -- and we are not, obviously living in normal times -- a few hours after each "Passover feast" -- , we'd be returning to our synagogues to spend the days in prayer and study.

Instead, we'll be doing it this year at home.

Although the first set of holy days of the 8-day festival will end Friday night, this year the Sabbath immediately follows.

With extra time on your hands, please feel free to explore the site. There are, without question, gems you've yet to access.

See you, God willing on Monday.
