A Hollywood star defines ‘moral repugnance’

http://www.NewsAndOpinion.com | Hollywood hunk Billy Crudup has received tabloid attention for impregnating glamorous girlfriends and then moving on to new alliances, but he recently expressed his own ideas of the ultimate sexual immorality.

He told Jesse Green of the New York Times: "The idea that anyone can be converted from homosexuality to heterosexuality is morally repugnant." This statement highlights the monumental hypocrisy in politically correct notions of homosexual identity.

Going from straight to gay is acclaimed as courageous — and celebrated with the term "coming out." Even married people with children win applause if they suddenly discover their gay identity, but at those tens of thousands who have moved from homosexual life to traditional heterosexual marriage are derided as "morally repugnant."

In other words, Billy Crudup and other advanced thinkers idiotically insist that sexual identity must be fluid, but it can only flow one way — from straight to gay, and never in the opposite direction.
