Jussie Smollett was found guilty of hiring Nigerians to stage a fake a hate crime against him in Chicago. Jussie testified the Nigerian body builder was his cocaine dealer who beat him up and had gay sex with him in a bathhouse. Never was a Hollywood actor better prepared to serve hard time.

The Jussie Smollett trial in Chicago went to the jury Wednesday after attorneys finished arguing over whether he staged a hate crime on himself, just for the publicity. If I were the judge, and if the defendant is convicted, I would console Jussie Smollett by saying everybody makes mistakes. Don't beat yourself up.

The Wall Street Journal reported district attorneys are under fire in liberal cities over their no-cash-bail policies. Last week the man who set fire to the Fox News Christmas tree in New York was released with no bail. The judge let him go quickly so that he can take over for Chris Cuomo on CNN.

Homeland Security advised New Yorkers that the holidays are prime time for terror attacks. In suburban New York, news video showed a parked van exploding and burning without warning. It looks like the cartoon episode where Scooby Doo and the Gang investigate the Clinton Foundation.

Hillary Clinton for the first time Wednesday got to deliver the 2016 presidential election night victory speech she was going to give at her rally. She got very emotional. Unfortunately Hillary did not get to finish it because the Mormons at her front door said they were late for their next appointment.

CNN's Chris Cuomo followed his brother Andrew to the unemployment line Monday, both out of work due to groping charges. It's a crime spreading rapidly in Democratic-controlled cities. Just yesterday in my living room, my Elf on the Shelf resigned over allegations made by my Tree Top Angel.

The Pearl Harbor ceremony in Hawaii was attended by a few dozen veterans of the attack who are near the age of one hundred. Five years ago, old veteran Japanese pilots who participated in the attack came to Hawaii for the reunion ceremony. As always, their arrival came as a huge surprise.

Adele's interview with Oprah Winfrey and L.A. concert on CBS last week preceded the release of her new album all over the world, even in Russia. Adele's new album is drawing rave reviews from Vladimir Putin. He says that every suspect breaks down and confesses two minutes into the first song.

Disney is drawing huge numbers of subscribers to its new streaming service with its three-part Beatles documentary. Early in life, rock music was my generation's theology. It taught us there a Stairway to Heaven and a Highway to Hell, which tells you a lot about the anticipated traffic numbers.
