New Jersey Governor Jim McGreevey confessed last week he's a gay American, with his wife standing by him. His poll numbers actually went up after he admitted cheating on his wife. This is a meteorological phenomenon known as the Clinton Effect.


John Kerry was ripped by the president for wanting to raise income taxes. He would also restore dividend and inheritance taxes. The difference between death and taxes is that Democrats can't think of a way to make death any worse than it already is.
