Stephen Colbert recapped Super Tuesday on the "Late Show" on Wednesday night, and he hit all the high notes.

Colbert's best analysis, though, might have been when he took on Christie's awkward appearance alongside Donald Trump at a press conference in Florida. He said Christie looked like "the best man at a wedding he didn't believe in."

He then gave a mock Christie best man's speech.

"Jennifer and Mark -- what a couple, who did actually just get married," Colbert said monotonically, while raising a glass of champagne. "It happened. We all saw it. It's real.

"Some of you know that Jennifer and I have a bit of history. But that's what it is: History. Right, Jen? We're just friends now. The point is, I agreed to be the best man, because I'm happy for you -- and the groom volunteered to pay off my campaign debts."
