Australia deported Novak Djokovic, preventing him from defending his Australian Open title this week. It's due to his anti-vaccine stance. Novak Djokovic now becomes the first professional athlete in history to be banned from a major sporting championship because he refused take drugs.

Dallas Cowboys fans rioted in the stadium after losing their playoff game to to San Francisco on Sunday. The AP reports that one Cowboys fan couldn't handle the loss, and pulled out his pistol and shot his TV screen after the game. They say that life imitates art, but more often, it imitates Elvis.

A Texas synagogue was taken hostage by an Islamist terrorist who'd just arrived from London Friday and demanded the release of an Al Qaeda prisoner. Thankfully, no hostages were hurt and he was shot and killed. Nobody believed the FBI's first story blaming the attack on Trump supporters.

The Los Angeles Zoo celebrated what would have been Betty White's one hundredth birthday by naming one of the habitats after her. It so happens that Betty White was born in 1922 and sliced bread was invented in 1928. In other words, sliced bread is the greatest thing since Betty White.
