Who's really behind the Russian Hacking Controversy?

Back in 2009 I wrote a column titled 'Gullible America'. It was at the height of the swine flu hysteria and I reminded readers of the similar panic aroused by the baseless SARS scare that predicted massive deaths here. I had just read David Baldacci's novel, 'The Whole Truth' and encountered the phrase, 'perception manipulators'. The novel centers on a megalomaniac billionaire who is able to control events by using the Internet and the media to create chaos which, in turn, benefit him monetarily. . Only one billionaire fits that description and it's not Donald Trump.

I started rereading that novel with great interest because it starts out with a massive virtual campaign charging Russia with diabolical deeds of torture and mass murders. Fake videos of non existent victims go viral thanks to social media and the credulous media. The campaign against its president, who is ex-KGB, grows to such an extent that the media turns its focus away from the Middle East turmoil to the possibility of a new Cold War between two nuclear powers-the United States and Russia. Hmmm. Sound familiar?

All of sudden, there are numerous reports about how Putin's Russia tried to influence the election that Donald Trump won by hacking the emails of the DNC. The lapdog media, useful idiots in Hollywood and the Never Trumpers in Congress have seized on the unsubstantiated rumors in an attempt to delegitimize the 2016 election. Meanwhile, murderous jihadists continue their mayhem across Europe and here in the United States but this issue is no longer as important as the possibility that Putin elected Trump. Has any of the manipulated brain dead bothered to ask why on earth Putin would try and elect a strong president when his power has soared under a weak one?

In Baldacci's novel, the villainous billionaire (George Soros, perhaps) has hired a perception manipulator (PM) company whose motto is, "Why waste time trying to discover the truth when you can so easily create it?

Are we even able to recognize truth anymore? Certainly the young and impressionable have always been easy pawns for the left wing because Marxist academia has made sure that they no longer know how to reason why so they end up just buying the trendy t-shirt. Che Guevara t-shirts still sell even though he was a nasty vicious murderer who even disgusted Fidel Castro. Now the soi-disant trend setters buy their Black Lies Matters paraphernalia even though the entire movement is based on the manipulated media lie of 'Hands Up. Don't shoot'; it never happened; Just another created truth.

I have come to suspect just about every video or photo about any current event because they can be photo-shopped or computer generated to suit the agenda of the manipulator. How many of those videos on America's Funniest Home Videos are staged because way too many accidents and pratfalls are caught conveniently on camera? Live streaming, on the other hand, is at the moment, still credible.

Now there's a return of the Red Menace and Never-Trumper hyenas are chomping at the bit to prove that a foreign power has been influential in our election process and how we must get down to the bottom to make sure it never happens again. How these weasels can utter their inanities with a straight face is remarkable. All governments hack. We allegedly hacked Merkel's phone and Russia allegedly hacked the German election. Now how did Russia affect our election? It is alleged that they gave Wikileaks the devastating DNC emails that may or may not have influenced voters. The Democrats have not denied that they wrote these really nasty emails so basically Wikileaks just released the truth that they wanted hidden. Julian Assange denies it was the Russians but no one cares. Alana Goodman, the Daily Mail (UK) DC Correspondent reported on Dec. 14th:

"A Wikileaks envoy today claims he personally received Clinton campaign emails in Washington D.C. after they were leaked by 'disgusted' whistleblowers - and not hacked by Russia. Craig Murray, former British ambassador to Uzbekistan and a close associate of Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, told Dailymail.com that he flew to Washington, D.C. for a clandestine hand-off with one of the email sources in September. 'Neither of [the leaks] came from the Russians,' said Murray in an interview with Dailymail.com on Tuesday. 'The source had legal access to the information. The documents came from inside leaks, not hacks.'"

While reading The Whole Truth I kept imagining George Soros as the man pulling the world strings because he is the man behind many of the leftwing Internet websites and community organizations. Soros has been a huge supporter of the Democratic Party. He funds sites like Moveon.org. which has been hostile to all things Republican and took credit for the 2006 takeover of Congress by the Democrats. There has been a puzzling aspect about the media's Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS), which defies logic until you pose the age-old guide -- Follow the Money. Is it conceivable that the mainstream media has collectively lost its mind unless you inject money into the equation? Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos bought the Washington Post and hired extra staff to bring down Trump in the race. Anybody check the salaries of the Wapo and NY Times staffs lately? Just asking.

Soros became alarmed about Trump's entry into the presidential race and ended up donating $25 million to Democrat Pacs and the Hillary Clinton campaign. This time his efforts and money failed because Donald Trump shrewdly knows all the marketing tricks manipulators use. He has poo-poohed the Russian hacking rumors and said we have to move on and by the way, why isn't anybody talking about the Chinese hacking everybody?

This is why Trump tweets. By reaching out to voters directly, he avoids the enemedia (his greatest enemy) who will always twist his words to suit the agenda of its handlers. It is no wonder that George Soros was alarmed at the idea of Donald Trump becoming the most powerful man in the world. If anybody can pull back the curtain hiding the wicked wizard of perception manipulation, it's a billionaire master showman beholden to no one who actually loves this country. MAGA.
