The Iraq Study Group gives its report to President Bush today. The group has three suggestions. They asked the president to work with Iran and Syria, withdraw U.S. troops from Iraq and stop posting photos of the Middle East on his MySpace page.
The National Basketball Association was sued by their players union over the new synthetic basketball Monday. The players all say the same thing about the ball. If a handgun shot this poorly they wouldn't have it in their glove compartment.
Southern California firefighters battled Santa Ana winds Monday as wildfires swept Ventura County. It burned a golf course and five homes in the suburbs. Hurricane Katrina had to take out two states to ring up this much damage in dollars.
Bill Clinton is in Vietnam today to tour a children's hospital in Hanoi and attend an AIDS initiative event. A Vietnamese girl once saved his life by bringing him food and water for a entire year. He was in a basement in San Francisco at the time.
The Washington Times said Monday the new Democratic Congress will approve an immigration bill that grants full citizenship rights to all illegal immigrants in the U.S. The lines began forming immediately. It looks like an image of the Virgin Mary just appeared on the wall outside the Los Angeles Department of Motor Vehicles. The Darts Regulation Authority suspended Robbie Green for using a performance-enhancing substance after he tested positive for marijuana. How silly. Marijuana is not a performance-enhancing substance unless you are in a hot dog eating contest.
