• Netflix announced that employees may not stare at each other for more than five seconds or it's sexual harassment. They have a five-second rule. I think it's fantastic that women have made so much progress, they now have the same rights as a sandwich you accidentally dropped on the floor.
• Justice Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation to the Supreme Court by the U.S. Senate vote Saturday and his swearing-in to office by President Trump on Monday gives the Supreme Court its first solid conservative majority of judges in years, and has liberals wringing their hands in agony and shaking their fists in fury. Democrats shouldn't worry, it'll all be fine in the long run. Asteroids fix everything.
• UN Ambassador Nikki Haley in her resignation announcement Tuesday maintained she really believes in term limits for Americans employed in public service. It's an idea that was born in the Middle West. In Illinois, politicians have always been limited to two terms, one in office and one in jail.
• The Russian News Agency reports that the nuclear plant site Chernobyl has been successfully converted into a solar energy plant thirty-two years after the scary nuclear leak. They also built a Disneyland-like amusement park at the site. The difference is, the six-foot mouse at Chernobyl is real.
