• The World Cup drew soccer hooligans from abroad to roil the matches in Moscow. The police in Russia arrested sixty-eight Iranians, twenty-four Nicaraguans, eight Senegalese and fifteen Mexicans. They were all put on a plane and should arrive home in Los Angeles within the next hour.

Starbucks' Howard Schultz said he's considering a presidential run in two years, joining four other billionaires Mark Cuban, Bob Iger, Mark Zuckerberg and Oprah Winfrey who are also eying the White House. The circus never ends. This is America where a fool and his money are soon elected.

Bill Maher's audience applauded when he said he thinks it'd be worth a stock market crash if that would get rid of Trump. Some conservatives said they'd rather bomb North Korea than have Trump get credit for peace. One thing's settled, 1968 just called 2018 and said you win, you're crazier.

Robert Mueller was urged by Rudy Giuliani to wrap up the Russia probe in light of the e-mails between FBI agents exposing anti-Trump campaign bias. There's also a moral issue. It's just not humane for the Special Counsel to spend a year trying to separate President Trump from his children.

Netflix has a new sex harassment workplace rule that bans employees from looking at another employee longer than five seconds. The rule isn't really needed. The risk of sexual attraction has virtually disappeared since nobody ever looks up from their phone longer than three seconds anyway.

The World Cup soccer championship got underway in Russia following the spectacular opening ceremony in a stadium in Moscow. In the opening match, Russia's national team shut out Saudi Arabia 5-0. It was a great day for Russia's two deadliest attackers, Novichok and Polonium.
