The State Department warned U.S. citizens not to travel to Japan due to heavy Covid infections. The International Olympic Committee reported they may stage Summer Games in Japan without any spectators. They already reached out to the Academy Awards to see how they did it.
• The South China Post reported that McDonald’s is re-opening all the McDonald's franchises they had to shut down last year due to the Corona Virus in Wuhan Province. Hopefully they have changed up their local menus. The last thing the world needs to eat right now is the McBat.
• Southern California began to look like Texas and Florida last weekend as warm weather and relaxed rules lifted spirits. The joy was apparent as I drove by a dog park in Beverly Hills Sunday. Already the dogs in the park are noticing that humans seem to be a lot happier without their muzzles.
• The Washington Post ran an article detailing President Biden's average work day which they said begins with Joe lifting weights in the White House gym. There's still an old sign on the wall of the gym that tells presidents not to bang dumbbells on the carpet. It already got one president impeached.
• Republicans introduced a bill calling for the NIH Director Dr. Anthony Fauci to be fired due to his grating certitude and Wuhan connections. Other health agencies are also in full retreat. The CDC just recommended that not listening to the CDC is the best thing you can do for your health.
• The National Highway Transportation and Safety Board predicts a huge Memorial Day travel weekend by car and by air or rail. It won't keep everyone off their phones. Nowadays we celebrate Memorial Day to remember the people who can't be with us today, because they are in Facebook jail.
• James O'Keefe of Project Veritas unearthed evidence showing Facebook demoted users based on vaccine hesitancy. They also love Anglo-Saxon Southerners from fraternity row. I just received a nice message from Facebook saying that my very existence goes against their Community Standards. • Coca-Cola paused its diversity push last week after its chief counsel resigned in protest over the policy. The company museum in Atlanta says the first bottles of Coca-Cola in 1894 contained three and a half grams of cocaine. This explains why everyone walked around so fast in early silent movies. • Tokyo announced karate will be a demonstration sport in the Summer Olympic this year. Host cities are allowed to add a popular local sport to the games. Los Angeles will host the Olympics in 2028 and we've already announced that our local demonstration sport will be Running from the Man. • Critical Race Theory was banned by twenty states by Tuesday for being a BLM history version that teaches kids the United States is irredeemably racist. Public opposition to BLM curriculum is spreading fast. Every time LeBron James opens his mouth, Tim Tebow sells another million jerseys.
