John Kerry wrapped up his education tour through the West
last week and this week he did three days of health care events.
He got no coverage. Now he's trying to talk his wife into leading
him around by a leash so he can get a little airtime.
Australian Prime Minister John Howard was asked by reporters
Monday to weigh in on the mistreatment of the coalition's
detainees. His expertise is vital in this area. Australia started
out as a prison colony while Iraq has evolved into one.
The International Red Cross returned Friday to the cell
where Saddam Hussein is held. It's to keep an eye on his safety.
After viewing those photographs from Abu Ghraib prison, Congress
wouldn't hesitate to extend to him the Lend Leash program.
David Duke was reported on Monday to be organizing a white
civil rights group as he finishes his prison sentence in Baton
Rouge. He was convicted of fraud and now wants to run for
governor. Most Louisiana politicians do it the other way around.
President Bush was in Little Rock Tuesday to hail the success of his No Child Left Behind policy in Arkansas. Bill Clinton would never have made a speech like that. People there are still debating how many children he left behind in Arkansas.
