Bill Clinton broadcast a speech to London from New York
Sunday endorsing Tony Blair for re-election. It's vitally
important that the prime minister owe him a favor. For his next
affair he has to get Hillary a seat in the House of Lords.
Hillary Clinton refused to meet pro-life activists on
Tuesday after she said she wanted to find common ground with them.
Why should she bother? Evangelicals consider anybody who's willing
to look at both sides of an issue to be a Yankee spy.
The U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee Tuesday prepared
a list of twenty questions for U.N. nominee John Bolton to take
when his hearings resume. It's an old trick. If he answers yes to
three or more questions, it means he's an alcoholic.
The NFL testified in Congress about steroid use Wednesday.
They agreed to do three things. The league will triple the number
of random tests, lower the testosterone ratio threshold, and
return Walter Payton's record to the Maris family.
Churchill Downs vowed Tuesday to have tougher drug testing
on Kentucky Derby entries. Last year was a disaster. All the
samples were sent to a lab in West Virginia and the testers
complained that four of the samples tasted like Irish beer.
Donald Trump will headline a real estate seminar in Los
Angeles Saturday. His sales pitch is that one weekend can make you
a millionaire. You would think that the guy who owns the Miss USA
Pageant wouldn't have to pick up women over the radio.
