A PERSONAL REQUEST IT IS NOT OFTEN that I make a personal request of my readers. But here is an important one. And it is not for me. The High Holy Days period, one of the few times, sadly, that Jews step foot in the synagogue, is less than a month away. For too many Jews, the services seem endless and boring.
