Mark Russell was honored with a plaque at the Shoreham Hotel in Washington D.C. Sunday. It's in the lounge where he told political jokes at the piano for thirty years. The plaque reads, If John Kerry Had Studied Here He Would Be President Today.
Nevada voters go to the polls today to vote on a ballot measure to legalize marijuana in the Silver State. It's just not right. If they want people staying up all night taking crazy chances with their life savings they should legalize cocaine.
Former Florida Congressman Mark Foley chose to stay in the Sierra Tucson rehab past his thirty days last Monday rather than surface publicly before the election. It's rumored he had a slip. The counselor found four Hardy Boys mysteries hidden under his mattress.
Barry Bonds filed for free agency last Friday and by Monday his agent Scott Boras was telling reporters that thirty teams are interested in signing him. One thing is suddenly obvious. Everybody in the Barry Bonds case is under oath except the agent.
Heather Mills McCartney was followed around London by her own camera crew on Monday. She loves publicity, money and seeing her name in the papers every day. Paul McCartney just filed for divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable similarities.
