Lance Armstrong will try for a seventh Tour de France
victory next week. The race begins and ends in Paris. He hopes to
roll through France in only twenty-two days, breaking the record
set sixty-five years ago by General Karl von Rundstedt.
Bill Clinton said Sunday it's time to shut down Guantanamo
prison or clean it up. He said it's an embarrassment to the United
States. His voice carries a lot of weight, because who knows more
about embarrassing the United States than Bill Clinton.
Democratic U.S. Senator Joe Biden announced Sunday he will
explore running for president. He will be the first of many.
Hillary Clinton is in talks with the government of Iran to find
out how to get the first thousand candidates disqualified.
North Korean leader Kim Jong-Il said Sunday he will give up
his missiles if the U.S. will establish diplomatic ties with him.
He keeps a harem of women and he drinks a quart of Hennessey
cognac a day. Who says he doesn't love freedom?
