An Inconvenient Truth narrated by Al Gore was released in theaters on Friday and warned of global warming dangers. In the movie, the former vice president is relaxed and witty. Global warming is so bad that even Al Gore's starting to thaw.


South Korea announced Monday that it will resume importing U.S. beef following last year's Mad Cow scare. The devil's in the details. If we have to resume importing their chickens in return, it has the creepy sound of a mutual suicide pact.


The U.S. government sent two and a half million dollars to Indonesia Sunday to help provide relief for victims of the recent earthquake. The government there said it will have to support fifty thousand people for at least three months. No one's seen anything like it since Wilt Chamberlain was ordered to pay child support.
