And now for the important news ....
By Argus Hamilton
Chicago's Mayor Richard Daley asked Sunday that security
cameras be installed in every bar in Chicago. This is sure to be a
network hit. At the end of each show Simon Cowell tells you
whether or not you have what it takes to be an alcoholic.
Democrats said Sunday they believe people will grow to hate
the new Medicare prescription drug plan offered by Republicans.
Their plan is much simpler. In the Democratic plan, a California
congressman shows seniors how to roll a one-paper joint.
Barry Bonds backed off his statement Sunday saying this is
his final year in baseball. He said he's gotten fat. Last season
he had a lot of time on his hands and one night he ordered a tape
from Louie Anderson called Get Fit the Comedian Way.
The Rolling Stones did a free concert on Copacabana Beach Saturday in Rio de Janeiro. These guys still live on the edge. After the show they stayed up half the night in the dressing room doing arthritis medicine on the mirrored coffee table.
