And now for the important news ....
By Argus Hamilton
Hillary Clinton drew the wrath of television political
commentators Tuesday for chewing gum during the State of the Union
speech. It was a catastrophic political mistake. Now she will
never receive the endorsement of the teachers' union.
Hillary Clinton released a report Tuesday showing she has
raised twenty-one million dollars cash for her Senate campaign.
She still has no opponent. It makes you realize how well-off this
country would have been if everyone had forgiven Bill.
The House of Representatives approved a lobby reform Tuesday
that bans former congressmen from the House gym. They are a
disruptive influence on new members. Joe Scarborough is notorious
for cracking jokes in the steam room during Bible study.
Prince Harry said Thursday he would go to Iraq if his
regiment is sent there after his graduation. He's a member of the
Blues and Royals Regiment. It's just like Prince Harry to belong
in a regiment that sounds like a jazz bar in New Orleans.
The Rolling Stones will perform at the Super Bowl halftime show Sunday. They must compete for viewers with models warming up for the Lingerie Bowl on Pay-per-View. Wherever you turn during halftime you're likely to see Jumping Jack Flash.
