Jose Canseco claims in his new book that American fans liked
Mark McGwire better because Mark is a white American while he
himself is Spanish and Cuban. Let's not bring race into this. They
both bleed the same color if the needle is dull.
Mark McGwire denied charges by Jose Canseco Sunday that he
used steroids. So much is at stake. If Mark McGwire is found
guilty of using steroids to boost his career he could get anywhere
from four to eight years as governor of California.
The New York Times poll said Tuesday that state voters give
Hillary Clinton a sixty-nine percent approval rating. She's
definitely running for president. The flip side of her new gospel
album is the audio track of the senator enjoying herself at the
firing range.
Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee and his wife had a covenant
wedding ceremony in Little Rock Monday. Five thousand people
turned out to cheer. It's the closest thing you will ever see to a
protest march on the Bill Clinton Presidential Library.
Michael Jackson had to be hospitalized during jury selection
Tuesday. The day before, Robert Blake broke down crying when the
prosecution rested its case. It's gotten so bad that the court has
appointed O.J. Simpson to serve as acting coach.
